SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We ship fast! Most orders leave our warehouse within 2 business days via USPS or Fedex Ground. Occasionally, during heavy shipping periods, orders may take 3 to 5 days but generally our warehouse ships within 2 days.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
Customer satisfaction is the #1 Priority for everyone at Editionsdusigne-USA.com.If after you have received your order you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at customerservice@editionsdusigne-usa.com for your return authorization number and information. All returns are required to be approved by our customer service department and must be returned to the correct processing location. If an order is returned without authorization, it will be refused and returned back to you at your cost. We ship thousands of orders every month and cannot process a return without the correct processing information. We provide 100% refund (less shipping and not including products that may not be returned) within 7 days of order receipt as verified by the delivery confirmation scan and verification that the item has not been used. We do not accept returns after 7 days. We strongly recommend you use a delivery confirmation service with your return to guarantee that we have received the merchandise. We are not responsible for items not received by us if they are lost in the mail.
SALES TAX:
Sales tax is charged for orders shipped to Missouri unless not for profit tax certificate is emailed to us at customerservice@editionsdusigne-usa.com.
